Conference Calling Feature Set

X5 Solutions Conferencing provides a powerful and feature-rich conferencing service — ideal for small and large, and scheduled and impromptu conference calls. X5 Conferencing offers Reserved Conferencing that is easily configured by the user. Users may set up a scheduled conference call for over 1,000 callers via an easy-to-use web screen. Additionally, X5 Conferencing provides “impromptu” conferences which are always available without the user having to make a reservation.

Conference Access 

Inbound Access 
Competitive Toll Free access rates allow you to have a personal toll free conferencing number with nation-wide access.
 
Outbound Access
The conference host can place outbound calls to have participants join the conference. Note: additional conveyance charges apply.




Scheduled Conference

Start Date
The ability to set the date, up to 1 year in advance, on which the conference will take place.

Start Time
The ability to set the time the conference call will begin.

Duration
The ability to set how long the conference calls will last.




Impromptu Conference

Impromptu Conferencing
The ability to create host and guest code combinations that are “always on.”



Conference Size

Maximum Size
One Thousand (1,000) Callers.

Speaking Participants
The maximum number of speaking participants is 250.




Early Arrival
Green Room w/ Hold Music
A feature which allows guests who call in early to wait and listen to hold music until the host joins.

Green Room w/ Open Conferencing
A feature, which allows guests who call in early to talk with each other until the host joins.




Help / Customer Service
Out-dial to Customer Service
The ability to call Customer Service during a conference call. 

Recorded Help Menus
The ability for the host to access a recorded help menu during the conference.

Multiple Codes
The ability to create different combinations of host, guest and listener codes for multiple conference calls




Host Controls
Conference Lock
The ability for the host to lock the conference call so no other guests or listeners may enter.

Continue for 5 Minutes
The ability to allow the conference call to continue for 5 minutes after the host disconnects.

Continue Until Scheduled End
The ability, once the host disconnects, to continue the conference call until it is scheduled to end.

Custom Greetings
The ability to play a custom greeting before participants enter their codes.

End Conference Call
The ability to end the conference call when the host disconnects.

Mute-All
The ability for the host to Mute or Un-Mute all callers

Return Guest to Green Room
The ability, once the host disconnects, to automatically return the guest to the green room until the host reconnects.

Roll Call / Name Recording
The ability for each guest to record their name to be played when they join and leave the conference, or when the host desires to hear all participants names. The conference host can determine if all participants can hear the names, or if they are only played for the host.




Guest Controls
Mute
The ability for each participant in the conference to Mute and un-Mute their own line.




Menu Controls
Customizable Menu Controls
Customers can utilize the default menu tree for controls, or the menu tree can be modified to match a different conference bridge’s menu configuration.

Conference ID
The ability to specifically create a name for a reserved or reoccurring conference via the web.
