X5 Solutions, based in Seattle, Washington is led by a team of passionate, dedicated voice and data communications professionals with one mission: to be the trusted voice and data partner for our customers across the country. On average, our management team has served X5 Solutions and our customers for over seven years. We take pride in the longevity of our executive team, as well as the longevity of our customer support, network operations and sales staff.

Richard Reynolds - President & CEO

Richard Reynolds has been leader in voice and data communications for more than 20 years. In fact, it all started with a phone call he took from the Washington State Bankers Association, wanting to create regional telecom purchasing power for its member banks. In 1988, Richard launched Bank-Tel utilizing the MCI V-Net platform. In 1991, Bank-Tel was renamed to form Network ACI. From 1995 to 1999 Network ACI was recognized by INC. 500 as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America. In 1999, Network ACI was sold to Teligent, and eventually closed its doors. In 2001, Richard funded and re-launched Network ACI as "X5 Solutions", focusing on voice and data telecommunications services for businesses, government and wholesale customers. Richard is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a BA in Communications.

Nathan Bledsoe - Chief Operating Officer

Before joining X5 as Chief Operating Officer Nate has held all manner of operational and sales positions with a variety of voice and data telecommunications carriers. From 1993 to 1995, he was Director of Customer Care for Star-Link. From 1995 to 1999 he was Sales Operations Manager at Network ACI. From 1999 to 2001 he worked in Wholesale Sales with MCI. He has served as Chief Operating Officer for X5 Solutions since 2002. Nate has served in the US Army and is a graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in History.

Barbara Meyer - Controller

Barbara joined X5 Solutions with deep experience in senior level finance and accounting roles as a corporate controller. Since she joined X5 as a start up she has gained a broad base of experience in financial operations, human resources, risk management, tax compliance and telecommunications regulatory policies. From formation and over the next ten years she has helped lead X5’s growth and profitability.

Shawn Kearney - Vice President of Sales

Since 1988 Shawn has served in a number of strategic sales and executive positions for X5, MCI, Dakotah Direct and Touch America. He lead sales for Dakotah Direct, (a West Marketing subsidiary) a top 25 Contact Management firm, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and has served as Vice President of Sales with X5 Solutions since 2003 with a strong background specializing in Call Center and Data services.  He has helped X5 grow to over $25 million in revenues. Shawn is a graduate of Washington State University with a BA in Social Sciences. Shawn currently has dotted line responsibility for Sales and Support functions as well as Business Development.

Frank Williamson - General Manager, Vice President - Oregon

Prior to launching X5 Solutions’ Alternate Sales Channel in 2002, Frank held various Sales, Operational, and Management positions within the voice and data telecommunications industry. From 1989 to 1996, Frank was Sales Executive/Branch Manager for ICON Communications and Sales Manager/LD Product Manager from 1997 to 1999. He served as National Account Manager for Adesta Communications from 1999 to 2001 and has served as Vice President and General Manager of Oregon with X5 Solutions since 2003. Frank is a graduate of Oregon State University with a BS in Business Administration.

Kevin Bodine - Director of Sales

Kevin has spent the last fifteen years in voice and data telecommunications, with both hardware and services experience. Prior to joining X5 Solutions as Director of Sales, he worked in various sales and sales management roles with industry leaders such as Verizon/MCI/WorldCom and Level 3. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a BA in Communications.
